Orders are usually shipped out once a week and untracked (unless otherwise stated/requested) and for this I use the national postal service :)
Then it will be transferred to the relative service in the recipients country.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way, but please allow 1 or 2 weeks for delivery, depending on where you are in the world! And keep an eye on your junk mail folder, sometimes the shipping confirmations may end up there. If you haven't received your items within two weeks of receiving a shipment notification, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can work it out.
Although usually there is stock, I might have to manufacture what you ordered specifically and shipping might be delayed, up to two weeks after your order is placed. If this is the case, I will contact you and inform you about the situation as soon as possible.
I am not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged. All items are quality checked before they are packed up and sent out, so in the event that an item is damaged in transit, please contact your mail carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you'd like to return or exchange an item, get in touch! I will always refund the item itself upon receipt, provided it is returned unused, unfortunately I can’t cover the postage costs.
